Another Wind and Void Update!

April 5, 2016 by Ryan 6 Comments

Hi all,

I hope you’re all doing well today.  I just wanted to write a quick post to answer a lot of the questions I’ve been getting about other versions of The Wind and the Void.  It’s been doing great on the Kindle store, cracking the top 200 overall!  Thanks to all of you for helping that to happen.  I’m grateful, as always, for all the support.

First of all, the audio book.  The wait shouldn’t be quite as long for it this time.  I do know that Andrew is working on it currently and hopes to release it as soon as possible.  He’s got some pretty ambitious goals for himself, but there’s a lot of work to be done.  I’d love to have the audio version up by the middle of May, and I think Andrew’s goals may be even sooner.  I won’t make any promises now, but it should be up at the very latest by the middle of May or so.  It may even be earlier.

Second, the paperback.  I’m working on designing the interior right now.  I’m expecting another 2-3 days of work to finish it up, a day or two to double-check everything, and then a solid week for the book to go through quality control.  All said and done, I’m expecting the paperback to be out sometime in mid-April.

Well, I think that’s all for now.  I’ll be in touch again soon!

With gratitude,

Ryan

I’ve just finished “The Wind and the Void”. It is one the best, possibly the best series I have ever had the pleasure of reading. My congratulations on such a wonderful series. I will be following you and looking for more of you great work.

I really have enjoyed your books. I have been reading the wind and the Void, but cannot remember why Ryuu lost his power of sense. It was a good amount of time between the issue of the 3rd book, and am interested in finding this information as it is important to the story.

I just finished the trilogy, I read it all in a little over a weekend I was so hooked on your story. This is one of the best chapter development and story lines I have read in n a long time. I really hope you decide to revisit this world and possibly have it about Rei and Akira son and bring ryuu back into it. I lived your story don’t quit you are a amazing author.

      Hi Jake!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m working on a new world right now, but after that book gets out, I fully plan on returning to the Three Kingdoms once again.

      With gratitude,

      Ryan
